What is a Health Coach? In short, a Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

Feeling great in your own body doesn't have to include a restrictive diet, or a certain amount of time of exercise per week. As your Health Coach, we'll work together to find what works for YOU. I believe strongly in bio-individuality, that is to say, that every person's body is different. "One person's food is another person's poison" holds true for many of us with regards to food allergies and sensitivities, as well as just what fuels us best for the day. We'll work together to find foods that work for you while crowding out foods, drinks, or habits that aren't serving you well.

What's Included:

  • Two 50-minute sessions/month (in person, or by phone/Hangouts/Skype)

  • Email support between sessions

  • Simple healthy recipes

  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals


group coaching

On occasion I will offer condensed form small group opportunities for specific coaching needs including:

  • Taming your sugar dragon

  • Improving sleep for better cognitive function

  • Changing your relationship with caffeine

  • Managing stress in a busy lifestyle.

These groups will be collaborative and you will have access to a closed group Facebook page to better get to know the members in your group.
